Yes, we charge a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.
This value is deducted from the total price of your contract.
If the customer needs to cancel due to bad weather or for any other reason, the amount paid in the deposit will be credited and will be used when the customer reschedules a new date.
A refundable Cleaning FEE of $25.00 may be required at the time of Bounce Setup, if you return the unit free of dirt and derbies we return your Cleaning FEE.
If you decide to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible prior to your event so that we might rent the unit out to another party. Last-minute cancellations may be sent for debt collection.
Payment in full is due upon delivery.
Yes! We deliver and set up ALL of our rentals within 30 miles from our warehouse in Bradenton FL 34210 – No Pickups allowed for any Inflatable.
Pickup and drop off can be arranged for, tables, chairs, concession food machines.
Special Deliveries may be arranged depending on your location:
Minimum $150.00 for delivery over 15 miles/20min
Minimum $300.00 for delivery over 20 miles/30min.
Free delivery within 5 miles of our warehouse.
Over 5 miles delivery charge is $2.50 per each mile.
Remember, Inflatables require two round trips, one for setup and one for a takedown. If you’re located 20 miles from Bradenton FL (Required 80 miles driving) Milage are calculated one way,
Tolls are charged for both round trips.
You can choose a specific delivery /pickup time for an additional fee.
Free estimated time of arrival for set up or set up prior to your event up to one day before your event. Setup takes approximately 15-30 minutes. At this time, we inspect the unit for cleanliness and safety. When your party is over, we come back to take the unit down. This service is included in the rental cost.
The first thing I like to tell people is, “measure.” Make sure you know where you want your moonwalk rental, and make sure there is enough room. Also, make sure your outside plug is working or an inside plug we can run a cord to thru a window or under a door. We need electric outlets on separate breakers within 100 feet minimum. Also, please make sure that your yard area is clean, killing any red ants in the area and free of debris…especially “doggie debris”, sticks, and rocks. Please turn off your sprinkler system before we arrive and for the duration of your party. We reserve the right to cancel if the setup area does not meet these requirements. Because we may have other rentals scheduled for the next day, please be sure that these areas are addressed before we arrive.
You can expect a call from us giving you a more specific time a day before the event. We generally start deliveries at 7 am and have all rentals setup before their start time. The pickup window begins at your end time and may extend until 11pm or even later on occasion. If we deliver your items early you receive free play time as you will only be charged for your rental time. – Delivery time is approximate. We deliver and setup at least 30 minutes prior and up to one day before your event. Setup takes approximately 15mins.
As soon as possible. Bounce houses are reserved on a first-call, first-serve basis. Our availability changes daily and we cannot hold items without a reservation. We want to deliver the fun to everyone. However, the reality is we can only do so many deliveries each day–depending on locations, trucks and staffing. Planning ahead will guarantee your event. You can rent as early 2 months before or on the day before if the bounce are available.
You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage. The inflatable item will not be set up unless the contract/liability waiver is signed.
Your child’s safety is our main concern. We reserve the right to cancel due to rain, thunderstorm or winds over 25mph, from 7am to 10pm. If the sky is overcast or if there is a light rain with no wind, we can still set up our bounce houses, but cannot pickup under rain, early pickup may apply if there is 50% or more chance rain at pickup time, from 4pm to 10pm.
If you elect to proceed with the party, there is no refund once we have set the bounce house up.
Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply the power cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 100ft from that outlet.
If you would like to set up a bounce house at a place without an electrical outlet within 100ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge
